Overview

Dashboards in Trovata provide a centralized, visual view of your cash, liquidity, and financial activity. They combine key metrics, charts, and tables to help users quickly monitor performance, identify trends, and spot exceptions across accounts and time periods. They're highly configurable, allowing teams to tailor views for different roles, reporting needs, and decision-making workflows.

The below includes all Report Types available to see within a Dashboard:

  • Reports

    • General Reports

    • Reconciliations

    • Statements

  • Forecasts

  • Tag-Based Report

Best Practices

Dashboards can be tailored to different audiences by adjusting the level of detail and scope of information presented.

  • Detail-Level Dashboards: Designed for analysts and operational users, providing granular views of transactions, balances, and trends with interactive filters for deeper investigation.

  • Executive-Level Dashboards: Focus on high-level KPIs, summarized cash positions, and trend insights, delivering a concise view that enables leadership (C-Suite & Management) to quickly assess performance and make informed decisions without navigating underlying data.
