Table of Contents

General Instance Settings

The General tab allows Account Owners to manage basic account information, such as:

  • Instance Name: This can be changed at any time (shown in the bottom left corner of your instance).

  • Account Owner Contact Details: Consists of email address (uneditable) and phone number (editable).

  • Security (MFA Setup): Required for all users upon initial login. MFA instruction guide linked here.

  • Change Password: Reset your password by providing both the existing and new password.

Users & User Groups

The Users & User Groups tabs allow Administrators to manage user access and entitlements. The full guide is linked here.

Connections

The Connections tab enables users to initiate connections to new banks/accounts, directly within their Trovata instance. The full guide is linked here.

SSO

The SSO tab allows administrators to configure, test, and enable single sign-on for their instance, providing secure and streamlined user authentication through an external identity provider. The full guide is linked here.

Audit Log

The Audit Log tab provides a detailed, exportable record of user logins and system activity β€” including changes to users, permissions, payments, workflows, and entities β€” giving administrators visibility, accountability, and compliance support across the platform. The full guide is linked here.

Supported Browsers

In regards to Supported Browsers, Trovata is experienced best in the chromium browser eco system, which includes common web browsing platforms such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and other Chrome based browsers that are available for free download. Browsers such as Safari on Apple devices, and Firefox while supported for most functionality may introduce visual issues and are not fully supported.
