Enable MFA in your Trovata instance following these simple steps!

Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  1. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking your company name (located in the bottom left corner of the screen)

  2. Click the "Activate" button at the bottom of the General tab, then confirm by clicking "Activate" again

  3. Follow the instructions by scanning the QR code on your preferred authenticator app, enter the one-time code, then click Continue

  4. Copy the recovery code somewhere safe, click the checkbox, then click Continue. Note: You will need this code to log in without your authenticator device


Disabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  1. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking your company name (located in the bottom left corner of the screen)


  2. Click the "Disable" button at the bottom of the General tab, then confirm by clicking "Disable" again
