Trovata AI 2.0 — Customer Trial

Limited-time trial of Trovata's new AI 2.0 features

Written by David Taylor

Trial Overview

Starting July 13th, all Trovata customers get free access to the full Trovata AI 2.0 feature set — no upgrade required during the trial period.

  • Check AI Insights for quick diagnostics on the Home Page, and now also embedded in Account Details, Analysis, Reports, Statements, Cash Positioning, Data Streams and Forecast views.

  • Ask AI Chat to have a two-way dialogue about your data or have it build resources like tags and data streams on your behalf.

  • Build an AI Agent to re-architect your existing workflows for greater efficiency. Automate recurring tasks like multi-report email delivery, constant balance threshold monitoring, and more.

Trial Period

  • Start Date: July 13th, 2026

  • End Date: August 14th, 2026

  • Access: Automatic — no action needed to activate

Goal of the Trial

The trial is designed to help your team discover three high-impact AI workflows that save meaningful time each week:

  1. Discover AI Insights — Review your prior day transaction tag coverage and identify gaps, then open a report or forecast and have a live conversation with AI Insights to surface trends, anomalies, or opportunities you'd otherwise spend time hunting for manually.

  2. Put AI Chat to Work — Ask AI Chat to build a tag or data stream on your behalf, then use the conversational dialogue to explore your top 5 collections and disbursements from the past month — asking follow-up questions the same way you would with an expert on your data.

  3. Build Your First AI Agent — Identify a recurring workflow your team runs today and configure an Agent to own it — whether that's:

    1. Delivering a daily cash position summary

    2. Monitoring balance thresholds

    3. Packaging and sending reports on a schedule
